Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding holidays) of your selected delivery date. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All orders are sent next day delivery via My Hermes. My Hermes will do their best to deliver within 1 working day but in rare cases it may take 2 days (deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands/Highlands & the Channel Islands are sent via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 serviceWe offer shipping to anywhere in the UK. 

We do not ship internationally.

Domestic Shipping Rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from 22 Katherine Drive, Dunstable, LU54NT. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up on your selected date. We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection. Please email to confirm what time you would like to collect your order.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


How long will my treats last?

All our treats have a minimum shelf life of 2 weeks at room temperature in an airtight container. Don't worry if you do miss your order, they will be absolutely fine one more day in transit.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
